Pie Crust

2 1/4 c. Flour
3/4 tsp. Salt
10 Tblsp. Frozen Butter
8-10 Tblsp. Very Cold Water

Mix the flour and salt together. Grate the frozen butter into the flour using the fine side of the grater. Make sure to stir the butter and flour occasionally as the butter is being grated so that the butter doesn’t melt together. Once the butter is mixed with the flour add the water a few tablespoons at a time. Make sure to use cold water, if possible water from the refrigerator. The pie crust should form a clump at which point knead with your hands until it forms a ball. Divide it into two smaller balls and flatten into a 6 inch circle. Wrap in plastic wrap and put in freezer for 10-15 minutes. Take out of freezer and roll out for a 9 inch pie crust. Put in pie pan and follow directions for whatever pie you are making. Enjoy.
